ICT Group Finalizes the Sale of 100% of Polymetal to Nafta Moscow

As a multi-specialized project developer active across the entire Russian economy, ICT Group is proud of being able to start a project from scratch and bring it to successful fruition.
In just seven years, the Group has turned an obscure MNPO (Interregional Research & Manufacturing Combine) into a national and world leader in gold and silver mining. Polymetal has been very successful and has a lot to show for the past few years, having earned professional acclaim and a highly desirable position in the marketplace. But ICT Group wants to move on to new, even bigger achievements. ICT has decided to divest itself of the MNPO and reinvest the money in its other projects, some of them in heavy engineering.
ICT Group Sells 88.2% of Baltiyskiy Zavod to United Industrial Corporation

“We have been talking to United Industrial Corporation about forming a bigger corporation in above-water shipbuilding, and we’ve decided to sell a majority stake in Baltiyskiy Zavod at a price satisfactory to us. Eventually, our partners made us an offer we could not resist, so we took it. We are fully satisfied with the deal,” said ICT President Alexander Nesis.
ICT Group plans to reinvest the proceeds from the deal in both its ongoing major projects, and in starting new, promising businesses.
ICT Group Announces the Sale of Interterminal

As part of its asset restructuring bid, ICT Group has decided to pull out of Interterminal – its chain logistics center development project – and sell its completed properties and those under construction to Big City ZAO and Green Mark OAO.
