Welcome to the ICT Group corporate website!
In a very short time, ICT Group has completed a number of successful projects in many different industries, including mining, shipbuilding, heavy engineering, banking, property development and shipping logistics.
The mission of ICT Group as we see it is to generate new companies that can take leadership in key domestic industries, advancing the national strategic agenda and boosting ’s competitive clout internationally. Taking our projects from the level of investment idea to full-scale implementation, we remain above fleeting economic and political change.
Being a developer in the broadest possible sense, our group creates new businesses, new assets, and new asset value.
For a number of reasons, our group was unable to benefit from the initial privatization wave in, and so could not leverage its potential, accumulated during the Soviet era, in any of its projects. Instead, we have had to identify and focus on new growth areas in ’s economy.
Of all our projects, I would like to dwell on Polymetal. Having started from scratch in 1998, ICT has, in less than 8 years, established one of the largest gold and sliver mining companies in the world with operations all over. We did not take over existing mines or processing facilities, but built new ones – usually under extremely harsh weather conditions and without any readily available infrastructure.
But that is all in the past for us, as we never stop at what we have achieved.
The group’s strategic plans call for new, world-class, globally competitive businesses.
